Malborough Messenger & Website
This village magazine was first published in December 1985 and since then has been published every two months. About 600 copies are printed each issue by a local printing firm.
Every household in the Parish with full term residents receives a copy. In addition we have a number of subscribers many of which are second home owners who like to keep in touch with village events. We also sell copies in the Malborough Post Office.
Each issue contains from 16—20 sides of editorial copy reflecting the happenings and organisations in the village with regular contributions from the Parish Council, Primary School, Preschool, Churches and other bodies like the Village Hall , MAD Group and the Horticultural Society. We also include forthcoming dates for local events. We welcome letters and articles about our residents interests and holidays. Each issue also includes a list of useful phone numbers.
We have around 8—10 sides of advertising—mostly local businesses. Adverts are available in three sizes and cost from £35 a year for an eighth page ad.
Purchasing an advert slot give you a free website entry.
