Jubilee Oak Tree Planting

On a beautiful, sunny afternoon the children of Malborough with South Huish School arrived at the Malborough Wood on Malborough Playing Fields to plant a variety of saplings and a special Jubilee Oak Tree (which had been grown in one of the Royal Gardens).  With the help of a number of adults from both the School and the Village Hall Committee,  the children planted 60 saplings including Cherry, Hawthorn, Holly, Hazel and many more.
