Revised for 2012
Hire Charges, Terms and Conditions of Hire and a New Hiring Agreement

The Trustees of the Malborough Village Hall and Playing Fields Association have agreed new Hire Charges to come into effect from 1st January 2012. The increased rates are needed because expenditure on our running costs and general maintenance barely covers our income.

All of the following costs have either gone up or are expected to increase significantly in the early New Year:
• Gas
• Electricity
• Water and Sewage
• Waste Collection
• Insurance

Over the last few months, we have:
• Redecorated the entrance hall and toilet corridor
• Replaced the blackout blinds
• Replaced our worn stage curtains with new, burgundy velvet ones
• Replaced the wall heaters in the Annexe

We are constantly endeavouring to keep the Hall well maintained.

The new Charges, Terms and Conditions and Hiring Agreement are posted on this website and on the hall notice board. All our regular customers will also receive a copy of each document with their December invoice. Regular repeat customers will only be asked to sign the New Hiring Agreement once each year. The Trustees thank you all for your custom over the past year and hope you will continue to use The Malborough Village Hall and Playing Fields in 2012.
