The Malborough Amateur Dramatic Group draws members from Malborough, Kingsbridge and the surrounding local area. MAD Group has put on a pantomime in the village hall every January since 1979.

The MAD Kids was formed in 2002 so that local youngsters aged 8 – 16 could present a show every summer.

MAD Group membership is free although there is a weekly subscription of £1 for cast and helpers attending rehearsals. The Group is run by a committee of volunteers with minutes and accounts published for all members to see. We have a constitution and a child protection policy.

Our next show is the 2012 pantomime. The new Sleeping Beauty written and directed by Felicity Goodal will be run from Thursday 19th  to Saturday 21st  January 2012 in the Malborough Village Hall an . Auditions for principals will be held at Malborough Village Hall Annexe on Monday 18th and Monday 25th September at 7pm. Anyone aged 8 to 18 years who would like to find out what it is all about and be considered for the chorus or to help in any way would be very welcome on Sunday 2nd October at 5pm in the main hall .
